In my centrally located Wellington office I provide a space where you can discuss a range of issues and receive honest, non-judgemental, and respectful input. I use evidence-based therapies that are tailored to suit your individual needs. During our time together I will work with you to help you recognise and adapt your thinking and behaviour and identify and learn skills and strategies that you can employ in your daily life.
